OUTDOOR DEBUTS for Sean, John, Stephen and Burns, article here. Redman ran his first meaningful race of the year, PR 3:47. John was 3:44, Sean 3:44, Burns 8:59, Stephen 13:52.
The 1500 guys were at Pomona College (results), five minutes from Mt. SAC, while Burns and Haas ran at Mt. SAC (results).
Nice openers; next meet up is Penn Relays in 10 days.

OSU, Purdue Wrap: Online, here at IDSnews.com. Nice easy jaunt from Sean in 8:12, and solid jumping from Aarik. Have a look.

IDS REGIONAL wrap here. The guys sounded upbeat, excited and fresh - all in all ready for Monday. With two low-sticks in the twins and Redman coming back around, along with Burns and Haas and Koeppen back in the mix, their fate is in their hands.

PRE-NAT PREVIEW from the IDS right here. Did this one in a rush. Sean looks to have a decent shot at the individual win if he wants it. There's no obvious ringers.

ODD: I didn't write this about Burns, but it's from the IDS. Looking into it.

HAAS FEATURE found on CSTV's website, unbeknownst to me - but still, kind of cool. It's at www.collegesports.com, the direct link is here.

HAAS feature from the IDS here. This was a rush-job, which is a term that sounds far too journalistic for my pallet, which is a term that may not be spelled correctly. They didn't accept my submission of 14:06 as his 5K PR, because both IUHoosiers and the Big Ten site doesn't have any info at all, which is somewhat odd.
